Here, you will be part of an agile train within the SAFe framework and have the opportunity to lead two teams of experienced system specialists and developers who are crucial for our platform delivery.

About the job

As a Scrum Master in our train Tvärbanan, you will play an important role in creating conditions for stable and secure IT production related to our integration, logging, and monitoring platforms. You will work closely with the teams' product owners, activity leaders (Epic Owners), and Release Train Engineer (RTE), and have close collaboration both within and between teams—and even across train boundaries.

Your task is to coach teams and individuals, drive team development, and contribute to a learning agile mindset. You balance your leadership between guiding, relieving, and strengthening the teams' ability for self-organization.

We offer an environment where development is highly valued—here, it is natural that employees who want to broaden their skills have the opportunity to do so.

Your main tasks

  • Support teams in their daily work and follow up on ongoing activities
  • Identify, manage, and visualize obstacles affecting flow and delivery
  • Coach teams and individuals in collaboration, accountability, and effective working methods
  • Visualize and report team progress to relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings such as PI planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Plan and coordinate what should be showcased after sprints or intervals
  • Actively contribute to further develop the agile working methods in teams and within the train
  • Ensure clear and manageable priorities together with product owners
  • Organize and drive team days together with product owners

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Education in agile methodology/frameworks such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in lean agile roles, such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably with experience in IT operations / IT production environments
  • Experience with SAFe, understanding of the framework and how the role functions in a large-scale context
  • Experience with Jira or other issue management tools

It is advantageous if you have:

  • More than three years of documented experience as a Scrum Master managing agile teams in a large-scale agile environment
  • Certification as a Scrum Master
  • Post-secondary education in technology
  • Experience in operations and IT infrastructure

You are a structured person who creates order and clarity in processes without losing flexibility or responsiveness to the team's needs. You have an empathetic and team-oriented demeanor and understand the different conditions of individuals and groups, which allows you to support and develop collaboration naturally. As a solution-oriented individual, you contribute with a pragmatic approach and drive change initiatives that create a positive and constructive work climate. Additionally, you are communicative and pedagogical, with the ability to make complex issues understandable and engaging for different target groups.
